Participation at the Dinner in 19.09.2025

No refunds will be made for the participation fee starting from 15.08.2025

Refunds for participation fees will be issued if the event is canceled or upon the customer’s request. To request a refund, an email must be sent to dec@pproevents.com no later than August 15, 2025.
The request must include the following details: the participant’s name, the event name, the IBAN account number, and the name of the account holder.
Refunds for canceled registrations (in accordance with the terms and conditions above) will be processed within 60 days after the event has concluded.

Deadline for changing / replacing participant: 20.08.2025; after this date no changes / substitutions will be accepted.

The registered participant / the partner company that supports groups of participants will request in writing, nominally, the change / replacement by e-mail, to the e-mail address: dec@pproevents.com
